Sri Lanka, Nov. 25 -- A debate arose in Parliament today regarding a statement made by Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage regarding the budget of Maithripala Sirisena when he was President.

Former President Maithripala Sirisena and Minister of State Dayasiri Jayasekara expressed their views in this regard.

After the intervention of Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage, a heated debate arose in the House.
